Tenant's Income Protection
This insurance is designed to assist you with your normal monthly financial commitments and bills for up to 12 months for any one claim, should you be unable to work due to an accident or illness (disability) or involuntary unemployment. After 30 days of unemployment or disability you will be entitled to one complete monthly benefit. Therefore you will receive 1/30th of your selected monthly benefit for each further day you are unable to work.
You have a choice of cover from the following options:
- Accident and illness plus Involuntary Unemployment
- Accident and illness only
- Involuntary Unemployment only

- For the landlord with an unfurnished property
- Cover is the same as full contents but is limited to £10.000 for the following items: Carpets, Curtains, Blinds, White goods and Light fixtures and fittings

- We guarantee your rent in the event of default by your tenant
- We can cover up to £4.0000 per month rent as standard
